What is custom clothings?
Whoever kinda virtual tailor shop. We offer standard clothing sizes, but our unique service is that we work with individual tailors to create each order specifically for the customer.
Here’s how it works:
1) You choose a model from the catalog.
2) You provide your measurements and preferences for fabric and color.
3) You make your payment using any convenient method.
4) We receive your order and notify you about its status via email.
5) If you chose a custom fabric, we will visit the store, contact you in advance through WhatsApp, and you'll participate in the fabric selection process.
6) Your order is in production and will soon be shipped via your chosen delivery method.
7) You receive a 20-day warranty for replacement of fittings and repairs of your item.

Honestly, this is all done by one person.
Hi, my name is Vi, a'm an artist and designer and I created this brand out of a deep love for Japanese fashion, layering, dark vibes, and nature. I collaborate with Georgian production as well as various creators to make unique stuff with a special soul for you. I named my brand Whoever — because I believe that every person is the main character of their life, performing small feats every day. I want you to be the most stylish and beautiful and look like heroes every day! Whoever can be a hero!

Payment
Payment can be made using any Visa or MasterCard bank cards as well as through PayPal
Delivery and Returns
Delivery within Georgia by post and courier takes 2-7 days and costs 6-10 lari.
For Moscow and St. Petersburg, delivery takes 5-10 days:
- Pickup at collection points costs 150 rubles.
- Courier delivery to your address costs 500 rubles.
For Europe and the USA, the payment system is Boxette + USPS, with shipping starting at 20$ and taking 7-14 business days.
If you receive your kimono or other Whoever item with defects (although so far, there have been 0 such cases), we are ready to accept the item for rework, fix all issues, and return it in the best condition. Alternatively, we can cover the costs of reworking at a local tailor, whichever is more convenient, especially if you are in a different country or city.
Whoever Second Store:
If your Whoever item sits unused for more than six months, not because of the season but simply because you no longer love it, we are ready to refund you 50% of the item's cost, allowing it to find a new home at a reduced price. This option applies if the item is still in its original condition.
